European Commission continuing consultations on application of legislation for ‘net-zero emissions’ industry (NZIA)

The European Commission has opened two further consultations on the implementation of the ‘Net-Zero Industry Act’ (NZIA) (see EUROPE B13564A33, B13565A18). It grants flexibilities for setting up manufacturing sites for certain clean and strategic technologies in the EU.
