Members of Committee on Security and Defence elect Marie-Agnes Strack-Zimmermann as President

27/01/25 (Agence Europe) – The members of the Committee on Security and Defence (SEDE) elected their bureau on Monday 27 January. The President and Vice-President of the former SEDE sub-committee were all re-elected. Marie-Agnes Strack-Zimmerman (Renew Europe, German) will chair the SEDE committee for the next two and a half years. The first, third and fourth vice-presidents were re-elected by acclamation.
