23/01/2025 (Agence Europe) – On Thursday 23 January, the European Commission opened a call for contributions on a draft delegated act in connection with its ‘Net-Zero Industry Act’ (NZIA) adopted last year. The aim is to list the components for ‘net zero emission’ technologies that fall within the scope of the NZIA and can therefore benefit from its advantages. The Commission is seeking opinions on the draft delegated act, and in particular on its 15-page annex. It provides a list of dozens of eligible components for each technology.
