EU imposes definitive anti-dumping duty on Egyptian and American PVC

13/01/25 (Agence Europe) – On Friday 10 January, the European Commission published an implementing regulation imposing a definitive anti-dumping duty on imports of Egyptian and American suspension polyvinyl chloride (S-PVC). It thus confirms the provisional duty it imposed in July 2024 and also announces the definitive collection of the guarantees deposited by companies under this provisional measure.
