MEPs approve €116 million in aid following floods in Germany and Italy

27/11/24 (Agence Europe) – On Wednesday 27 November in Strasbourg, the European Parliament approved (660 votes in favour, 11 against and 4 abstentions) €116 million in aid from the EU Solidarity Fund following floods in Germany and Italy in 2024. Germany will receive €112.1 million and Italy €4 million.
