Dominique Laboureix advocates “flexibility” in event of resolving a failing bank

On Wednesday 9 October, the Chair of the Single Resolution Board (SRB), Dominique Laboureix, reiterated his call for the development of appropriate and enforceable rules to deal with a banking crisis in the European Union.
