Distribution of European Parliament’s 14 vice-presidency posts is becoming clearer

The list of MEP candidates for the European Parliament’s 14 vice-presidencies is being fine-tuned in preparation for the election scheduled to take place in Strasbourg on Tuesday, 16 July (see EUROPE B13449A14).

For the EPP, the candidates are Ewa Kopacz of Poland (who currently holds this post), Sabine Verheyen of Germany, and Esteban González Pons of Spain.
