European social partners call on voters to go to polls and make their voices heard

In a joint statement issued on Thursday 23 May, the leaders of four European trade unions and employers’ representatives called on Europeans who were able to do so to turn out to vote in the European elections to be held from 6 to 9 June.

In this declaration entitled “Voting for Europe: Securing a bright future, together”, the European social partners of the European Trade Union Confederation (ETUC), BusinessEurope, SGI Europe (services of general interest) and SMEunited (SME envoy)...
