Corrigendum – thresholds for application of due diligence directive have indeed been raised by Member States

19/03/2024 (Agence Europe) – Contrary to what we wrote in our article of 16 March, which detailed the agreement validated by the Member States on corporate due diligence (see EUROPE B13372A9), the thresholds for application of the directive have indeed been modified between the two compromises.
