On Tuesday 19 March, the members of the European Parliament’s Committee on Legal Affairs (JURI) approved the text of the provisional agreement on the directive introducing due diligence for companies (20 votes in favour, 4 against). The Member States finally gave the green light to a revised text on Friday 15 March (see EUROPE B13372A9).
