European Parliament ready to refer Commission to Court of Justice over funds released for Hungary

14/03/2024 (Agence Europe) – The President of the European Parliament, Roberta Metsola, informed the Conference of Presidents at a meeting on Thursday 14 March that she would follow the advice of the Committee on Legal Affairs (JURI) on Monday 11 March to take the European Commission to court for misuse of EU funds (see EUROPE B13369A10).
