Jens Stoltenberg believes that military support for Ukraine is a question of political will, not capabilities

On Thursday 14 March, NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg said that the Allies had the capacity to supply Ukraine with military equipment, but that political will was needed.

While underlining the “unprecedented” support provided by the Allies to Ukraine - 99% of the military aid received by Kyiv - he explained, during the presentation of his 2023 annual report, that “Ukraine needs even more support (...) now”.
