11/03/2024 (Agence Europe) – On Friday 8 March, the European Commission announced the launch of a survey to gather the views of stakeholders across Europe as part of the European semiconductor strategy. The aim of the survey is to gather the opinions of various players in the sector, including industry, research, associations, academia and Member State representatives. Through the information gathered, the Commission hopes to be able to assess the interests, identify the needs and respond to the concerns raised by the seven strategic partner countries and regions recognised by the EU: the United States, India, South Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Singapore and Canada.
