20/02/24 (Agence Europe) – On Monday, 19 February, the European Education and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA) announced that it was launching two “open” calls for tenders to establish framework contracts. These calls—with a duration of 4 years and a maximum indicative budget of €50 million each—aim to strengthen stakeholders’ engagement and provide business and IT services. The first call concerns community management in areas covered by the Erasmus+ programme, including education, training, youth, and sport. It includes the production of audiovisual material, the organisation of events, and professional development. The second call focuses on the business and technological aspects of the systems supporting the EACEA’s programmes with specification, development, and maintenance services. Projects such as the European Digital Education Hub will directly benefit from these calls. Opinions: https://aeur.eu/f/ax7 ; https://aeur.eu/f/ax6 (NP)
