European Commission closes its investigation into aid from Sweden and Denmark for Øresund fixed rail-road link

13/02/2024 (Agence Europe) – On Tuesday 13 February, the European Commission announced that it had finalised its in-depth investigation launched in February 2019 following the partial annulment by the EU General Court of one of its decisions authorising support from Sweden and Denmark for the Øresund fixed rail-road link (see EUROPE B12204A26).
