Workers on digital platforms, Commission to clarify concept of effectiveness in relation to procedures for legal presumption of salaried status

The Belgian Presidency of the EU Council included a new item on the 14 February agenda of the Committee of Permanent Representatives of the Member States regarding the directive on digital platform workers, in this case regarding the notion of “effectiveness in relation to the legal presumption of salaried status”.
