MEPs on the European Parliament’s Committee on Legal Affairs (JURI) have postponed their decision to bring an action against the European Commission before the Court of Justice of the EU, seeking to annul the unfreezing of cohesion funds for Hungary (see EUROPE B13313A14).
An exchange of views in the JURI Committee was initially scheduled for Tuesday 13 February, but will be rescheduled for March.
