Pact on Migration and Asylum, 81 civil society organisations call on MEPs to reject political agreements reached with EU Council

On Wednesday 14 February, members of the European Parliament’s Committee on Civil Liberties will be asked to approve the political agreements reached in December with the EU Council regarding the Pact on Migration and Asylum (see EUROPE B13346A9). On 13 February, 81 NGOs urged them to reject these agreements.

Human Rights Watch, the International Rescue Committee, the Platform for International Cooperation on Undocumented Migrants (PICUM) and Oxfam are warning elected representatives...
