DSA, European Commission designates Pornhub, Stripchat and XVideos as Very Large Online Platforms

The European Commission announced, on Wednesday 20 December, that it had designated Pornhub, Stripchat and XVideos as Very Large Online Platforms (VLOPs) under the provisions of the Digital Services Act (DSA) (see EUROPE B13317A10).

These companies join the 19 others already named as VLOPs in the Commission’s first round of designations on 25 April(see EUROPE B13286A7).
