European Commission, 26 Member States and wind energy industry sign ‘European Wind Charter’

In the margins of the Energy Council on Tuesday 19 December (see EUROPE B13317A1), the European Commissioner for Energy, Kadri Simson, 26 European energy ministers and representatives of the EU’s wind energy sector agreed on a European Wind Charter, as presented in the European Wind Power Action Plan (see EUROPE B13278A5).
