Anne-Sophie Pelletier excluded from ‘La France insoumise’ delegation to European Parliament

04/12/23 (Agence Europe) – On Monday 4 December, the La France insoumise delegation to the European Parliament decided to expel MEP Anne-Sophie Pelletier. “New employees have reported deteriorating working conditions and harassing, inappropriate and aggressive behaviour towards them on the part of Anne-Sophie Pelletier”, it said in a press release. “A total of 13 parliamentary assistants have reported similar incidents since the start of their mandate in 2019. This behaviour is incompatible with the values of our delegation and we cannot tolerate it any longer. We have therefore decided to exclude Anne-Sophie Pelletier from our delegation”. (SP)
