Jens Stoltenberg urges Belgrade and Pristina to “refrain from any escalatory action” in Serbia-Kosovo dialogue

On Tuesday 21 November, in Belgrade, during a four-day official visit to the Western Balkans, NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg urged Serbia and Kosovo to “refrain from any escalatory action” in order to make progress towards normalising relations between the two countries (see EUROPE B13295A4).
