European Commission takes Belgium to court for failing to comply with free movement of workers

16/11/2023 (Agence Europe) – On Thursday 16 November, the European Commission brought an action against Belgium before the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) for failure to comply with the principle of free movement of workers regarding the taxation of non-resident taxpayers on modest incomes.
