EU Member States refine their position on European ethics body

The Member States of the European Union are gradually refining the position of the EU Council as part of the ongoing negotiations at European level on the creation of a European ethics body(see EUROPE B13197A14).

As suggested by the EU institution’s legal experts, this participation will make it possible to include the EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs in the range of people affected by the future standards to be drawn up by the European body. The EU Council’s involvement will...
