European Commission wants to set up a group of experts on Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism

Launched at the end of October, a call for applications will run until 30 November with the aim of bringing together a panel of experts to assist the Commission and the European executive in implementing the legislative acts of the Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM) (see EUROPE B13164A12).

The group will be made up of representatives of the 27 Member States, as well as members of NGOs, think-tanks and industry groups, who are invited to put forward their names. It should also act as...
