Russian aggression in Ukraine remains Europe’s biggest challenge, according to José Manuel Albares

On Tuesday 24 October, José Manuel Albares, the Spanish Minister of Foreign Affairs, whose country currently holds the Presidency of the EU Council, said that “Russian aggression against Ukraine (remained) the main challenge for Europe”.
