Council of Europe prepares to launch “Register of damage” caused by war in Ukraine

The first Conference of Participants of the “Register of damage caused by the Russian Federation’s aggression against Ukraine” was held on 27 June at the Council of Europe.

Representatives from more than 40 countries took part in the meeting, which was described as a “significant milestone” by Ambassador Jānis Kārklinš, on behalf of the Latvian Chair of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe.
