DMA - European Commission clarifies procedural rules for designation of gatekeepers

On Monday 17 April, the European Commission adopted new procedural rules on the implementation of the Digital Markets Act (DMA) (see EUROPE B13157A32).

The new rules therefore include the notification form that the ‘gatekeepers’ must use when providing certain data as part of the Commission’s process for appointing gatekeepers.
