12/04/2023 (Agence Europe) – The European Network of Transmission System Operators for Gas (ENTSOG) published on Tuesday 11 February its Ten Year Network Development Plan (TYNDP 2022) for gas infrastructure and opened a consultation that runs until 19 May 2023. In this 2022 edition, ENTSOG focuses on the development of a new standard for hydrogen and natural gas by collecting hydrogen projects submitted to the TYNDP and the first Project of Common Interest/Mutual Interest Selection Process (PCI/PMI). Many of these projects include new or reallocated infrastructure to transport hydrogen, infrastructure upgrades to better integrate hydrogen, biomethane development and other infrastructure-related projects that facilitate decarbonisation.
