12/01/2023 (Agence Europe) – Six months after imposing a provisional anti-dumping duty on certain aluminium road wheels imported from Morocco to the EU (see EUROPE 12994/31), the European Commission is now imposing a definitive duty on these products. It published an implementing regulation to this effect on 12 January, to “prevent further injury to the industry of the European Union”. The dumping margin has been revised after further analysis in 2022 and the definitive anti-dumping duty is therefore slightly increased from 9 to 17.5%, while the provisional duty was 8 to 16.5%.
