European Commission plans new initiatives at end of November

21/06/2022 (Agence Europe) – According to the European Commission’s provisional agenda of 20 June, the institution plans to present two new climate initiatives on 30 November: a proposal for an EU regulation on carbon certification (see EUROPE 12886/12) and a revision of CO2 emission standards for heavy duty vehicles (see EUROPE 12858/18). These initiatives will be preceded by the second part of the circular economy package, which is scheduled for 16 November, according to the provisional agenda.
