NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg said on Thursday 31 March that Russia is not withdrawing its troops, but repositioning them in Ukraine.
“According to our intelligence, Russian units are not withdrawing, but repositioning. Russia is trying to regroup, resupply and reinforce its offensive in the Donbas region. At the same time, Russia maintains pressure on Kyiv and other cities”, he told the media.
“So we can expect additional offensive actions”, Mr Stoltenberg warned.
