EU Council adopts conclusions on implementation of VAT package on e-commerce

16/03/2022 (Agence Europe) – The Ecofin Council welcomed on Tuesday 15 March the first results of the application of the new EU VAT rules on e-commerce (see B12905A15). It said that they indicate that the package contributes to the digital transition, economic recovery and the sustainability of public finances across the EU.
