EU imposes countervailing duties on Indian and Indonesian steel products

16/03/2022 (Agence Europe) – The European Commission published an implementing regulation imposing a countervailing duty on cold-rolled steel flat products from India and Indonesia on Wednesday 16 March. It had already introduced an anti-dumping duty on these same products in November 2021 (see EUROPE B12835A18). Countervailing duties compensate for injury caused by subsidies.
