Public procurement instrument, co-legislators want to reach agreement by next spring

At the first trilogue on the public procurement instrument on Thursday 16 December, co-legislators under the Slovenian Presidency of the Council of the EU agreed to find a deal by next spring. The next trilogue will take place under the French Presidency of the EU Council in early 2022.

Two days earlier, MEPs adopted their position on the regulation in plenary (see EUROPE B12853A18).
