EU Council to approve Estonian, Finnish and Romanian recovery plans on 28 October

21/10/2021 (Agence Europe) – EU finance ministers will meet by video conference on Thursday 28 October to approve the Estonian €969.3 million grant-only recovery plan (see EUROPE B12805A7), the Finnish €2.1 billion grant-only recovery plan (see EUROPE B12804A12) and the Romanian €29.1 billion recovery plan (of which €14.2 billion is in grants and €14.9 billion in loans) (see EUROPE B12799A12) under the Next Generation EU Recovery Plan.
