MEPs pave way for legal action against European Commission for failing to implement ‘Rule of law’ conditionality mechanism 

On Thursday 14 October the European Parliament’s Committee on Legal Affairs paved the way for legal action against the European Commission for failing to implement the regulation establishing a Rule of law conditionality mechanism (see EUROPE B12791A6).
