European institutions discussing with regions on how to improve governance between cohesion policy and European Recovery Plan

The European institutions together with representatives of local authorities discussed the issue of governance between cohesion policy and the European Post-Pandemic Recovery Plan at the first meeting of the High-level Forum on Regional Recovery and Resilience on Friday 24 September.
