European Commission approves €100 million for Spain and Cyprus

13/09/2021 (Agence Europe) – On Monday 13 September, the European Commission announced the approval of two investment programmes under the 2014-2020 Cohesion Policy worth €100 million for two major projects in Spain and Cyprus. €77 million euros from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) will be used to build a 12.5 km section of tramway between Alcalá de Guadaíra and Seville in Spain, as well as a new tramway depot and the purchase of six additional tramway units....
