01/12/2020 (Agence Europe) – On Tuesday 1 December, the European Commission approved the amendment of the operational programme for French Guiana for €25 million and three Greek operational programmes for €183.5 million under the CRII+ initiative in response to the coronavirus pandemic. For French Guiana, €17.2 million will support measures to adapt working conditions, €4 million will be redirected to support SMEs affected by the health crisis and €3.5 million to combat the social isolation of young people. The Commission specifies that €300,000 will be earmarked to reduce the digital divide. The co-financing rate will be temporarily increased to 100%. For Greece, the amendment of the programmes is mainly aimed at providing working capital and guarantee funds for enterprises.
