European Commission announces €8.1 million for Philippines, Nepal and Southeast Asia

30/10/2020 (Agence Europe) – On 30 October, the European Commission announced humanitarian aid worth €2.51 million for the Philippines, €2 million for Nepal and €3.5 million for the countries of Southeast Asia. In the Philippines, the funds will be used to increase the food security of displaced persons and their access to clean water and sanitation services, while strengthening their protection, education and shelter.
