Single market, industrial policy and ‘digital compass’ on agenda of EU27

After a first day devoted to external policy (see EUROPE B12571A1), the Heads of State or Government of the European Union will discuss economic and technological issues on Friday 2 October, namely the deepening of the single market, industrial policy and, finally, the issues and challenges linked to digital technology.
