CEPS proposes 100 ideas for improving Association and Free Trade Agreements with Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine

02/03/2020 (Agence Europe)In a study published on 29 February, Michael Emerson and Steven Blockmans of the CEPS think-tank propose 100 ideas for improving association agreements and deep and comprehensive free trade areas with three Eastern Partnership countries: Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine. The nine-page document highlights possible actions in 15 different areas: monetary and macroeconomic policy (1); trade (2); market integration and regulatory approximation (3); energy (4); environment and climate (5); transport (6); infrastructure and finance (7); education, scientific research and professional qualifications (8); gender (9); public health (10); regional policies and actions (11); justice and home affairs (12); security, conflict and crisis management (13); cyberspace and digital (14); and institutional relations (15).
