Mr Herczynski calls on Member States to mobilise more staff for civilian missions

26/09/2019 (Agence Europe) – On 25 September, Managing Director for CSDP and Crisis Response Pawel Herczynski called on Member States to make an effort in terms of staff mobilisation with regard to the Civilian CSDP Compact. “We need modular, adaptable missions that will make it possible to respond in a more efficient and cost-effective manner”, he explained to the European Parliament’s defence subcommittee.
