Despite a US/North Korea summit without progress, EU remains hopeful

28/02/2019 (Agence Europe) – A spokeswoman for the European External Action Service did not want to dramatise, on Thursday 28 February, the failure of the summit between US President Donald Trump and North Korean leader Kim Jong Un in Vietnam.
