British will leave EU on 29 March even without ratification of withdrawal agreement ordered, according to Steve Barclay

While the British Parliament was due to vote on Thursday 14 February on further amendments to the government's position on the exit agreement negotiated with the European Union (see EUROPE 12192), Theresa May's government announced that the United Kingdom could leave the EU on 29 March as planned even without an agreement with the EU.
