EPP, S&D and ALDE groups want to block way for 'artificial' political groups in European Parliament

MEPs Jo Leinen (S&D, Germany), Charles Goerens (ALDE, Luxembourg) and György Schöpflin (EPP, Hungary) want to strengthen the ideological coherence of the political groups in the European Parliament that will emerge after the European elections by limiting the artificial constitution of groups that would mainly be aimed at obtaining European aid.
