23/01/2019 (Agence Europe) – On Wednesday 23 January, MEPs in the European Parliament's Committee on Legal Affairs (JURI) gave their support, by 16 votes in favour, none against and 7 abstentions for the interinstitutional agreement reached in December on the proposal for a directive establishing a minimum harmonisation of legal frameworks to deal with commercial insolvency (see EUROPE 11962).
