French regions in disarray in the face of a no-deal Brexit

The President of the French Region of Brittany, Loïg Chesnais-Girard, and the majority of the Regional Executive met representatives of European institutions on Tuesday 22 and Wednesday 23 January in Brussels, in the hope of obtaining guarantees in the event of the United Kingdom leaving the European Union without agreement.
