Work on a fast-track European Parliament/Council agreement on rules facilitating online company registration

Interinstitutional negotiations on the proposal for a directive to facilitate the use of digital tools for company registration and online information management seem to be on the right track, European Parliament rapporteur Tadeusz Zwiefka (EPP, Poland) told the Legal Affairs Committee (see EUROPE 12009) on Wednesday 23 January.
